Cancellation Policy
Please see our cancellation policies below to allow for maximum flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time:
Advanced Purchase
Our Advance Purchase Rates (APR) are discounted rates and are made with the condition that they are prepaid and are completely non-refundable. Bookings with our APR Rates cannot be modified or cancelled free of charge, and no refunds will be made. If you cancel your booking, or if you do not turn up to the property you will still be charged the full amount of your booking.
Best Available Rate
Payment will be secured 72 Hours Prior to Arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify Griffith Rooms 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time (14:00) on the day of arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the first night's accommodation. If notice of cancellation is given at least 24 hours before arrival, a full refund of the accommodation fees will be issued.
Monthly Rate
Payment will be secured 72 Hours Prior to Arrival. Our flexible long-term booking policy allows for cancellations, but we ask that you provide at least 7 days' notice before the scheduled check-in time (14:00) on the day of arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the first night's accommodation. If notice of cancellation is given at least 7 days before arrival, a full refund of the accommodation fees will be issued.
Weekly Rate
Payment will be secured 72 Hours Prior to Arrival. Our flexible long-term booking policy allows for cancellations, but we ask that you provide at least 7 days' notice before the scheduled check-in time (14:00) on the day of arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the first night's accommodation. If notice of cancellation is given at least 7 days before arrival, a full refund of the accommodation fees will be issued.
All cancellations must be done so in writing by emailing accommodation@ghr.ie
Group bookings of 10 or more guests may be governed by separate contractual cancellation and payment terms as outlined within the applicable Group Booking Agreement or Accommodation Contract. In the event of any conflict between these policies and an executed group agreement, the terms of the group agreement shall prevail.
Non-Arrival
If cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, or in case you do not turn up to the property, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Third Party Sites
Any rooms booked through third-party websites or platforms, including but not limited to Booking.com or Airbnb, must be cancelled directly with the relevant third-party provider and remain subject to the cancellation terms and conditions of that provider
